Allison Mullaly-Ring
Allison is a credentialed evaluator (CE) with more than 14 years of experience in research, evaluation, and consultation. She has partnered with governments, educational institutions, community organizations, and the private sector to design projects that gather the right evidence for informed and impactful decision-making.
Blending inclusive engagement methods with rigorous analysis, she delivers actionable insights that shape strategy, identify gaps, and guide implementation. Grounded in reflective practice, her work ensures evidence is applied thoughtfully and effectively to inform decision-making.
